At Colorado Trails Ranch, we make everything easy for you… easy to try new activities and make new friends, to relax, to eat delicious food, and to feel comfortable, cared for, and a part of our family.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced rider, you’ll feel right at home on our horses, enjoying the scenery as you ride through some of the most beautiful country in Colorado.

 

With 85 horses to choose from, we’ll match you according to ability, size and – equally as important – personality. Rides at Colorado Trails Ranch are divided by your ability and desire; and no more than six guests per ride ensure more customized lessons with our wranglers. Rides range anywhere from scenic walks alongside mountain creeks to loping through Ponderosa Pines and wide open meadows.

 

Do you love to fish? So do we! And we also love to introduce non-fishermen to the idyllic wonders of this great sport.

 

Colorado Trails Ranch offers a full-service fly fishing program with over two miles of private water on the Florida River. You also have access to high mountain streams in the San Juan National Forest or on the San Juan River during guided trips. In addition to free-flowing streams, we offer stocked fishing on nearby ranch ponds.

You can expect to catch rainbow, cutthroat, brown, and brook trout. Our professional guides happily work with novices and experts (and anywhere in between!). At our first-class dude ranch, we provide all the essential supplies you need to enjoy the best trout fishing in the beautiful mountains of southwest Colorado.

 

There’s so much to do here! And, remember, relaxing and doing nothing at all is always an option during your ranch vacation.

At Colorado Trails Ranch we offer a 15% discount for week-long stays between May 31–June 14, a 10% discount is available for the week of August 16, and a 20% discount is available for week-long stays between August 30–September 27.
