Our dinner menu at the Hearthstone is a unique blend of comfort and sophistication. Whether it’s a melt-in-your-mouth piece of slow roasted prime rib, or an elegant preparation of Colorado lamb; a classic filet au poivre, or an aromatic dish of ginger crusted sea scallops, our goal is the same: “to offer”, in the words of our Executive Chef Michael Halpin, “a menu that’s fun and exciting which reflects the regional cuisine of Colorado.”

The Hearthstone’s “New World” wine list, recipient of the Wine Spectator’s “Award of Excellence” annually since 1997, features outstanding wines from California, Oregon, Washington, and Colorado as well as imported wines from Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Argentina, and South Africa.

We’ve carefully chosen approachable, high quality wines that complement our full-flavored, eclectic cuisine and that hail from a wide range of wineries, from some of the most well-known in the world to smaller, boutique producers. Whether you prefer a light, refreshing Australian Chardonnay or an intense, opulent Napa Cabernet (or anything in between), you’re sure to find it on our list.
