Since 1995 The Blue Star restaurant has been the place to eat dinner in Colorado Springs. Innovative, unique food, a world-class wine list, and exceptional service have won The Blue Star local, regional, and national acclaim. Our motto of "Intense Attentiveness" reflects our belief that to be the best and to remain the best requires constant maintenance and focus on providing the best experience to each guest, every time they visit. With three separate dining areas, each with a different ambience and feel, The Blue Star offers a variety of experiences that suit all occasions, from a quick beer and a burger after work, to formal multi-course celebration dinners with exceptional wine, to private dining in our wine cellar.

The Blue Star offers diners the experience of a lifetime from the cool surroundings of the cocktail lounge to the refined setting of the dining room.

Either room features a frequently changing menu. The Blue Star prides itself on being "A sleek, sophisticated restaurant offering and escape from the norm" and our food is no exception!

One could happily visit The Blue Star weekly and seldom eat the same dish. You might eat filet each time, or pasta with shellfish, but the particular preparation will differ. Care and attention is given to taste and presentation as well as food allergies and personal preferences.
