Winter Sports Conditioning
Get primed for the upcoming skiing and snowboarding season with personal trainer and boot camp instructor Tim Abrell. A strong, conditioned body will allow you to utilize your abilities to their maximum potential. This three-tiered class is designed for all ability levels to improve agility, balance, core strength, flexibility, endurance, power, speed and strength – all of which will translate to a better day on the slopes! Don’t wait until your first day on the mountain to get in shape for the season – space is limited, so sign up at the front desk to reserve your spot today.
