Light Hiker from Thorlos

I own a lot of performance socks and Thorlo's are among my favorites.  They fit well and provide good support, their moderate cushioning absorbs some shock of hiking and they wick moisture from the feet which is especially noticeably in good breathable boots.  The socks tested was a light sock.  The Thorlos hiking socks are available with moderate cushion and thick cushion.

 

I can't say I'm a big fan of the look, but when I wear them the appearance is the least of my concerns.

 

And finally it's nice to know that this is 100% USA made product so we can safely assume socially responsible manufacturing.
