What a great folding knife!  The first thing you’ll notice is its extreme light weight. Hold the knife in your hand and you can feel the quality. The handle fits well in the hand and is easy to keep it from slipping because of the textured design. The clip holds strongly when it’s closed to a belt or inside a pocket.

The AXIS blade locking mechanism is without a doubt the best on the market. Pull down the AXIS lock and with a flick of the wrist it’s locked open or with use of the thumb stud, either way it takes only one hand to lock it in open position…my favorite feature. There is zero play in the blade which is amazing because it’s effortless to open due to titanium spacers. One can appreciate the blade which is made of s30v corrosion resistant stainless steel; it is razor sharp, holds an edge well and is easy to resharpen. If you don’t care to sharpen it yourself send it to Benchmark and they will put a factory edge on it for only $5.00.

My main use for this particular knife is for field dressing deer, elk and any other hunting situation.  However, due to the extremely light weight and the way it fits in the pocket or on my belt it has turned out to be an every day pocket kinfe, and that's saying alot becouse I have many to choose from.  All in all, this knife is made of the very best material, assembled well and has a lifetime warranty, and you can’t beat that.  Who would have ever thought we would use the term “high tech” when referring to a knife? Well it definitely applies here and I highly recommend it.
