We will help you reach your dance goals whatever they may be. We teach couples as well as singles, so no partner is needed. At NVision Dance we offer something for everyone, on any level, and on any budget, as we offer both private lessons and group classes. Choose your own adventure with a wide array of dances and classes from Ballroom and Latin, to Hip Hop and Salsa Aerobics. Whatever you choose we guarantee you will get in shape, feel more confident, and have fun all at the same time!

A Time To Dance in Montrose, Colorado is a growing studio under the direction of Catherine Frates. Catherine has been dancing since she was three years old. She grew up in North Carolina and danced in a studio that was owned by her grandmother for more than 50 years. Centerstage Starz Theatre and Dance Studio
