It is well known as the outdoor paradise. Colorado State has various camping locations which differ from mountains to plains. You can include camping, trout fishing, fishing etc in the camping sequence at the Colorado.

Rideway State Park Swimming, Photo by Jennifer LoshawRidgway State Park offers year-round modern camping: During the high season (mid-May to mid-September), 258 campsites for RVs, trailers, campers and motor homes are available, as well as 25 walk-in tent sites for a more remote experience.  During the rest of the year, 20 RV sites and 15 tent sites are available. Or, for something different; stay in a yurt: Our yurts are available year-round.
