High Meadows Ranch - Steamboat Springs
Horseback at High Meadows Ranch, LLC is truly a unique experience for most guests. We offer 2-hour, 1/2 day and full day rides in the Routt National Forest. Minimum rider age is 6. Western equipment used.
We keep 20-35 head of well-broke geldings during the summer season. Quarter horse and quarter horse cross are our favorite breeds.
Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch - Loveland
Named "Best Family Vacation" by Frommer's Colorado guidebook and rated among the “Top Ten Colorado Dude Ranches” by True West Magazine, Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch offers year ‘round outdoor adventure. During the ten weeks of summer (mid-June thru August) we host six-night dude ranch vacation packages, plus groups on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning.
The Home Ranch - Clark
Howdy! Summer is approaching soon. It won’t be long until we’re riding across the meadows, or up into the backcountry. Philippe will be fishing with our guests more this summer, but Clyde still has him cooking some in his kitchen. The Home Ranch barn dance is still one of my favorites – it truly is something that our society is missing these days. We have many counselors returning, so the kids will continue to have the time of their lives.
The best availability is in June and early July, but some space is still available in August.

The ranch is located along twelve miles of Geneva Creek (the Tumbling River). During the typical summer week about a dozen families are here and we think this is just right for our guests — enough to assure that there’s plenty going on and that you’ll be able to meet other interesting folks, but not so many that you’ll feel lost.
